Beale Park is encouraging youngsters to take up the “Summer Reading Challenge” at their local West Berkshire and Reading libraries.
This year's theme is Story Lab and, when they complete their challenge, they will receive free entry to the Park in celebration of their achievement.
The initiative runs in libraries from the 2nd July to the 30th September and is simple - read six or more library books over the summer. As you read you can collect bronze, silver and gold stickers, and collect the Super Story Lab Munglers Trump cards. Once you have completed the challenge you will be given a certificate, a gold medal and a “free entry” voucher to Beale Park.
Please note: Vouchers are valid from 28th August to 25th October 2012 and Park policy states that children must be accompanied by an adult.
